7+ years project management experience in wireless industry. Duties include managing contractors, review and approval of drawings, closeout packages, and invoicing for work performed on cell sites to support carrier growth and transport connectivity for sites. 15+ years supervisory and management experience in network operations within the wireless industry. Duties included daily management of switching and cell site networks, personnel, and finances related to expenses and capital budgets. Additional responsibilities included assisting sales and marketing with network questions, issues, and communication of improvements necessary to maintain customer satisfaction. Also worked with engineering groups to plan and implement improvements to network for capacity, coverage, and technology changes necessary for sustaining customer growth.33+ years experience in wireless communications, covering analog and CDMA systems from vendors such as Motorola/Nokia-Siemens and Lucent. Since 2013 have worked for AT & T working on UMTS and LTE systems, along with small cell, cRAN, and recently 5G infrstructure in the cell site environment.Also have extensive background in microwave transport maintenance/repair and installation with vendors such as Harris and Alcatel.Began as cellular phone installer and repair technician, moving to Network Operations in 1991. Added roles of Network Supervisor in and Network Manager in 2001.Moved into Project Management in 2015, handling all carrier growth for SC markets since October 2018. Added Project Management of Transport (carrier to carrier - C2C and Ethernet over Microwave - EoMW) for GA/SC markets in 2020.as of August 2021 responsible for managing transport projects for wireless growth in GA/SC markets.My goals are to complete a Bachelor\'s degrees in Computer Information Systems and seek mid-level and upper level positions to best utilize my experience and knowledge to help an organization grow and solve problems.
