Prior to founding Ethnicity Matters, Howard was the president of Lighting Group which provides fractional Chief Marketing Offer (CMO) services to host of organizations ranging from Ottawa Senators -Hockey team, to the Taste of the Danforth; where he transformed it into Canada\'s largest street festival welcoming 1.6 million attendees in a single weekend. Howard also served as an executive vice president of marketing and communications at Cineplex in North American wide basis. In addition to the traditional CMO role, he also handled investor relations on Bay street and Wall street. He ran a media buying agency on behalf of Universal, Sony, 20th Century Fox and Entertainment One. He launched Cineplex\'s non traditional revenue businesses including on screen advertising medium.
