I am a Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience in otolaryngology, medical informatics, and higher education. My work spans direct patient care, academic leadership, and health systems innovation, fueled by my passion for advancing clinical practice and educating future health professionals. With a Doctor of Medical Science degree focusing on education, I integrate evidence-based medicine, technology, and mentorship to enhance healthcare delivery.At Glens Falls Hospital, I serve as the Associate Chief Medical Informatics Officer and Physician Assistant in otolaryngology. I lead initiatives to optimize Epic EHR, oversee onboarding and mentorship for advanced practice providers, and deliver continuing medical education (CME) to multidisciplinary teams, resulting in improved workflows and strengthened collaboration.In addition to my clinical role, I hold adjunct and lecturer positions at several institutions, including the College of St. Scholastica and Albany Medical College, where I teach topics such as research methods and healthcare innovation. My scholarly work includes publications in JAAPA and Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, and I actively contribute to national studies on the role of Physician Assistants in otolaryngology.As past president and current education chair of the Society of PAs in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, I have guided strategic planning and expanded CME opportunities.
