ABOUT HOWARD ZUNIGA-ARIAS

Currently working as the Human Resources Generalist at Magnum Electric. I am handling multiple different HR procedures like onboarding, orientation, conflict resolution, and sensitive employee record management. I am honing various skills in order to be the best and most personable HR contact I can be for my employees, new hires, and potential prospects. I am proficient in HRIS’s like UKG, SharePoint, ADP and Vista-Motivated and Determined Concordia College graduate with a bachelors degree in communications and fluent Spanish speaker. I love making new connections and being able to network to all types of individuals and businesses. I have experience in different forms of public relations like crisis management, managing and creating social media, team building, and public speaking. I also have experience as a Spanish translator and interpreter. I strive in social settings and enjoy getting to know new people and am excellent at maintaining relationships. Experienced in many forms of communications like strategic, organizational, intercultural, interpersonal, and business/professional.
