Howard began his career in the bankcard industry with Elavon in the early part of 1998. Since that time, Howard has worked in various departments within Elavon from Customer Service and MSP Support to managing the New Merchant and PC Product Training departments and also managing Elavon’s North American MSP Relationship Management Team which covers over 250 third party relationships throughout the U.S. and Canada. Currently, Howard is the Senior Vice President of Incubation for Elavon’s Partner Business Line with a focus on expanding revenue within the MSP Channel, Agent Channel leading a Partner Training Team and a Project Management Team. Howard has participated in various industry forums including the ETA’s roundtable, “Best Practices for ISOs to Navigate the Economic Storm” and has served on the ETA’s Government Relations Committee. Howard resides in Tennessee.
