Overall responsibility for the safety, quality, and financial performance of the TriQuint wafer fabrication facility in Richardson, Texas. This operation produces high frequency power amplifier integrated circuits from GaAs and GaN wafers and has full assembly and RF test capabilities. The customer base for the GaAs/GaN line includes a broad range of communications infrastructure, automotive and defense companies. In addition, the factory produces bulk acoustic wave-BAW-filters from silicon wafers for smart phone and infrastructure customers. The position includes site management responsibility for facilities, site services, and space planning of 1100+ person site that is home to the TriQuint Infrastructure and Defense Products group.
