   For over 37years I have provided marketing and management evaluation and execution for problematic workouts to small businesses. I have handled all aspects of each business including in part, IT, financial, HR, marketing, and often functioned as de facto President to troubled companies. I developed new marketing plans, retrained current employees, combined staff positions, handled dismissals and structured a workable new path for increased revenues. When appropriate I guided my clients through the difficulty of the bankruptcy process from the filing through the dismissal. I am extremely skilled in securing needed capital both in the form of institutional lending and private funding sources. I have been an owner/partner in a Home Health Agency, a Texana restaurant, an Internet business for the senior population with a partner/actress from the television show Seinfeld and the Oracle Corporation. I have been a real estate broker, investor and owner in Texas and California for over 30 years. I owned and franchised a wholesale travel agency in Rancho Bernardo, CA.My extensive volunteer and service includes the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, CA, Board Member Houston Council on Alcoholism, volunteer at Shelter From the Storm, fundraiser for Father Martin\'s Ashley Rehab Center in Havre de Grace, Maryland, and numerous outreach programs for substance abuse and rehab programs in Texas and California. I represented the Houston Council on Alcoholism as a delegate to the World Council on Alcoholism in London, England. My firm had offices in Palm Springs, La Jolla, San Diego and Los Angeles CA for a total of 32 years.I am a well experienced motivational speaker to corporate groups including executives and staff as well as community organizations and non profits.
