About Howard Uderman
I am a physician trained in internal medicine, clinical pharmacology/investigation and endocrinology. My specific interests are early development, clinical pharmacology and the preclinical/clinical (translational) interface. I have been a principal investigator on numerous and varied phase-1 trials, have experience with biomarkers and the implementation of clinical methodologies, early development planning, protocol evolution (phases 1-2-3) and medical monitoring (phases 1-2-3). I have interacted with pre/non-clinical and regulatory colleagues on pre-IND/IND, toxicology, PK margins, safety signals/clinical translation and first-in-human (FIH) considerations and decision making.
