The location leader was responsible for a yearly budget of $30m with an expected 9% pretax.*Reduce turnover by supporting engaging functions throughout the year and always keeping an open door mentality. Turnover YOY reduced by nearly 9% due to putting a driver committee in place that would help leaders understand the challenges that drivers face daily*Prepare monthly forecast on revenue/pretax, leader evaluations, driver counts, retention plans, and a full safety evaluation on incidents, and driver training*Seize opportunities to reduce empty miles, reduction in equipment if necessary, and keep the understanding that rite siding the ship in not a one time thing*Held weekly customer meeting to discuss and challenges that presented themselves, and how we were working through them, on time metics, driver counts, and engagement opportunities *Report out weekly on customer metrics and plans to improve where necessary.
