Facilitate, manage and modify all warehouse industrial truck training for 300 plus flex and permanent associates •Conduct one on one and platform training for flex and permanent associates members•Facilitate all corporate mandated operational training (i.e; OSHA required and core competencies) to all associates and management personnel •Work closely with department managers and team leads on training assignments and training observations•Investigate all warehouse accidents on a case-by-case basis and recommend corrective actions and or disciplinary actions if needed
