Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director. Ingeus was a wholly owned subsidiary of Providence Service Corporation (listed on Nasdaq) until it’s sale to the APM Group Australia in December 2018. The company contracts with government and employers in 11 countries worldwide to run Employment, Health, Youth, Justice and Education programmes. Revenue is c £200m per annum and EBITDA £10m.Key Achievements:• Member of the Vendor due diligence (VDD) team which successfully sold the business to a new Australian owner.• Part of the management team which delivered 4 consecutive quarters of EBITDA in 2018 in line with budget. The previous 8 quarters had failed to meet target.• Implementation of a new suite of reporting across the group.Key Responsibilities:• Consolidation and presentation of the group budget and quarterly forecasts to the Senior Management Team in the UK and Executive Leadership Team for the parent company.• Group Reporting – preparation of monthly reporting presentation for parent company. Oversee the submission of monthly reporting for International divisions ahead of their performance review meetings with the Senior Management Team.• Vendor due diligence (VDD) – Worked on VDD report, Confidential Information Memorandum and presentations for Finance Director.• Business partner with IT department.
