ABOUT HOWARD PRYOR

Howard Pryor has over thirty years of experience in sales, marketing, consulting, family counseling, and operations management. His background includes human resource training/evaluation, performance management, implementing change, and negotiating. Recently he has focused on cemetery services, career transition support services, building customer relationships, market penetration, new product development, sales planning, mentoring, leadership training, and employee development.Howard has been recognized for his ability to collaborate with all levels within organizations to provide individually-tailored transition support for hourly employees to senior executives. His personal, high-touch approach has led to positive results in achieving career goals for employees and support for families at times of need. His focus on development of trust and respect has led to increased client confidence, preparation, and communication skills. Howard manages with empathy and a servant-leadership mentality. Prior to working with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and joining LAK Group, Howard was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cudahy Tanning Company with responsibility for P&L, financial analysis, strategic planning, and leading an international sales organization. He brings a tested sales and marketing expertise to each of his clients and a creative, productive approach to career transition and coaching services to clients nation-wide.A lifelong resident of southeastern Wisconsin, Howard is active in leadership roles with his church and Brookfield Academy. He mentors young men, families, and married couples. He also served as Board and Committee Chair for numerous professional and volunteer organizations.
