Technical Assistance Specialist, Center for IDEA. Early Childhood Data Systems (DaSy), funded by the U.S. Department of Education, 2022–present. TA liaison to three states. Co-leads the data linking and integration and data governance workgroups, which includes organizing and facilitating working series, learning communities, and cohorts. Leads or supports various universal and individualized TA. The TA efforts are to support IDEA early intervention and early childhood special education state programs in building high-quality data systems and using data to improve results for young children with disabilities and their families-Data Lead and Technical Assistance Specialist, Child Find ACCESS: Advancing Community Centered Equity Focused System Supports (OSEP) 2023–present. Provided leadership for project management and data analysis and reporting for a model demonstration project. Interview families from multiple counties to identify opportunities to improve identification, screening, referral, and tracking of infants and toddlers with disabilities. Supports each county community leadership team to build on existing initiatives and partnerships to develop a collaborative and integrated child find system at the local level-Technical Assistance Specialist, National Learning Community for Coordinated Eligibility and Enrolment. 2023-present. Co-leads the national learning community with seven states and three localities on a variety of topics such as eligibility alignment, data systems, and engaging communities. Facilitates cross-state engagement, key topical speakers, and problems of practice.
