   Currently leading the field generalist support function for over 90 Starbucks locations in the Dallas market. Specifically, as the HR business partner to the Regional Director of Operations I provide guidance and analysis specific to HR-related metrics and strategies, consult regarding performance management and assessments, implement and facilitate training programs, and lead talent planning for exempt-level positions. I also consult on compliance and employee relations issues and lead ER investigations for the market. I am passionate about employee engagement and organize and manage several aspects of programming for employee resource groups (Starbucks partner networks) and community events in the region. I am a certified Starbucks Coffee Master and was recognized as a Starbucks North Star Hero in 2017 and a Starbucks Brand Ambassador in 2018.
