After 35 years mediating and developing ADR programs in the federal and state court systems, and teaching mediation at UC Hastings and internationally, I now am working as a full time neutral at JAMS. Over many years I\'ve handled just about every kind of civil case, earning a reputation as a quick study and practical problem solver.
