   Manages and directs the project\'s training program and training staff-Partners with organizational leaders to identify needs for training and organizational development; develops and implements new trainings and organizational development initiatives as needed-Advises senior leadership regarding initiatives and activities that promote maximum staff effectiveness and creates a positive impact on service quality-Forges relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that both tactical and strategic goals and outcomes are met-Designs, develops, and distributes training programs and materials; reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs-Oversees the development of training schedules with the training staff based on the evaluation of the needs of staff, new hires, and subcontractor personnel and in coordination with management-Plans, launches, monitors, and acts on long-range learning initiatives that are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals-Designs and establishes benchmarks that measure the impact and effectiveness of organizational development programs on the organization’s overall performance-Develops training programs and materials through collaboration and communication with the Training staff, other staff, management, the state, and other program stakeholders-Establishes and communicates the training methodologies for staff-Leads the delivery of staff and external client training on a regular and ongoing basis covering topics such as the Marketplace, systems integration, customer service skills, program information, performance results obtained through quality assurance monitoring, and other areas as appropriate-Ensures that Contact Center and Eligibility and Enrollment employees are provided with up-to-date knowledge of all applicable programs associated with the programs covered-Recommends changes to policies and procedures in compliance with the contract and communicates changes to staff.
