As Founding Solutions Architect at Pensieve, I partner with faculty and university leaders to translate real teaching and assessment needs into effective, scalable use of the platform—bridging pedagogy, product, and institutional adoption. I bring prior experience working on assessment workflows at Gradescope, grounding my work in what actually works for instructors at scale.I collaborate with faculty across disciplines to design authentic assessments, rubric-based evaluation, and high-quality feedback that improves both grading efficiency and student learning.I lead product and use-case demos rooted in real classroom practice, not abstract features, helping departments and institutions clearly see how Pensieve fits into existing workflows.I support pilots end-to-end—integrating Pensieve into courses, providing white-glove onboarding and training, running check-ins, and helping early adopters identify additional faculty who can benefit.I bring deep experience in assessment design, particularly rubric creation, grading consistency, and feedback at scale, while continuously collecting instructor and student feedback to inform product improvements and turn successful users into advocates through documented use cases, peer-to-peer sharing, and targeted faculty outreach in collaboration with sales.
