After a successful career as a business attorney and litigator, in 2004 Howard joined his wife Mindy in partnership and runs the day-to-day operations of the firm. He has written for a number of financial publications and is frequently quoted in the financial press on recruiting trends and issues. He has also authored two Guidebooks on recruiting and onboarding as well as several White Papers on related issues. He frequently consults with firms and managers on recruiting, onboarding and transitioning issues.
