My practice focuses on land use and environmental law. I handle all phases of the land use entitlement and permitting processes, including administrative approvals and litigation. I have over 10 years of litigation experience representing private parties, governmental entities and plaintiff/pettitioners in environmental and general litigation. I also work closely with both small and large companies proposing a broad array of projects including renewable energy, mining, industrial, commercial and residential projects, among others.
