15+ years in the Automotive industry, specialized in the commercial vehicle industry across OE and Aftermarket. Work & live experience in both China (till 2013) and Germany (from 2014). My academic background is Master of Engineering, I started in 2008 as an application engineer in SKF for CV powertrain and went deep as a product engineer to design the tailored product solutions for Asia Pacific region CV OE customers. With the growing interest in business, I became a product manager and then moved to business development in 2012. End of 2013, I got an expat opportunity to be relocated to Germany, therefore, I started my journey in Germany from Feb, 2014. Since 2013, I have various global responsibilities in companies\' German Headquarters (SKF, WABCO, Schaeffler, ZF) to lead the activities of business development, project management, strategy, portfolio management, general business management by working together with international teams. Solid record of achievements with increasing responsibilities over the last 10 years. I am rooted in Asia, understand the global circumstances & diversity, able to bridge between Asia & global and scale the business in a wider landscape. My motto: DO MORE, THINK MORE, BE MORE.
