Pastor Howard Harrison, better known as “Pastor Howard or PH”, was called to the ministry at the ripe age of 21. Since his calling to ministry, Pastor Howard has sought the face of the Lord for direction and God’s leading. Pastor Howard served as the Sr. Associate Pastor and Youth Pastor at World Overcomers Christian Church located in Durham, North Carolina. World Overcomers has been recognized as one of the fastest growing churches on the East Coast, having a consistent Sunday Morning attendance of Pastor Howard had the opportunity & experience of helping his former pastor & now covering pastor, Pastor Andy Thompson, grow the church from its early stages to where it is today. In 2007 Pastor Howard became the First African American State Youth Pastor for the Church of God Ministries and held two other F.S.A state positions. He is now the senior pastor of New Beginnings Church in Orlando, FL, one of the few multiracial churches in the area with an African-American Senior Pastor.Over the last 7 years, weekend attendance has grown from just over 40 to 550. Neighborhood presence has increased exponentially through PH’s vision of “reconciliation of all races- reaching the world, while saving the community”. PH and pastor Shauna have opened a new school called New Beginnings Academy ranging from K-8th grade which has help impact the community. The NB food pantry, Hands2Heart feeds approximately 300-350 families a month from the community thru out the year, while the NB Camp Xtreme feeds hungry children up to age 18 all summer long for free. The hands to heart ministry along with the youth camp is preparing to relaunch with the churches new location.

Howard C Harrison Jr. is a dynamic motivational speaker, with a proven track record of success in training and developing leaders. Howard is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. Howard is the Director of Operations for Build A Legacy International located in Dallas Texas. He has lectured alongside some of the nations top attorneys and keynote speakers, conducting leadership workshops and seminars, in the areas of team building, mediation, conflict resolution, and personal development. Howard has influenced thousands of people to discover their leadership potential, overcome negativity, and build the communication skills necessary for a good working relationship between leaders of all levels and their teams. Many organizations (both for-profit and non-profit alike) have benefited from his expertise, and now have a more harmonious and proficient workplace, evidenced by better informed employees, who have learned to function as a synergistic team and to grow towards their leadership potential. Howard has been able to utilize his skills in a creative way within his non-profit organization. Howard has developed leaders, training them to function as a team, in a very unique, multi-racial non-profit organization in Orlando, Florida. Over the past 7 years, Howard has served as President of New Beginnings Church. At the time he accepted this position, the organization had 45 people made up of a singular race, and in a short time, the reach has grown to over 600+ multi-racial, multi-lingual people. This spectacular growth has been attributed to Howard Harrison’s vision and commitment to properly training leaders and empowering them by providing periodic training and individual coaching.
