Supervise between 12 to 15 live-in House Directors within the Southeast region of chapters of Delta Delta Delta- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to House Directors to encourage professional growth and continuous improvement- Inspire and lead teams at each chapter facility to deliver exceptional service to our residents- Monitor and evaluate the performance of House Directors, addressing any performance issues and providing support to help them achieve their goals- Conduct regular team and one-on-one meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and align on team/individual objectives- Assist with developing, monitoring, and managing the chapter budget (Tri Delta Housing properties) to ensure efficient allocation of resources- Track expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines for each chapter home- Provide regular financial reports and updates to chapter executive boards and Housing leadership- Collaborate with other departments to align budget planning, upcoming projects, capital expenditures, and operational needs with organizational goals and objectives.
