Responsible for growing regional production by hiring talented Branches and Loan Officers in the great state of Texas. Our recently opened regional Woodlands operations center provides a local resource of full mortgage operations including underwriting and closing. Our state of the art on-boarding / training room allows for a smoother transition for large branches and top LO. Regular LO coaching & mentoring through The Core Training, Rewire Inc, & Building Champions have helped our LO\'s live a balanced life while averaging over 10 loans a month in 2017 & 2018. As a top producing LO, I am in the trenches with our loan officers and have great understanding of what it takes to succeed in today\'s competitive lending environment.
