   I currently serve as a public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which is overseen by the SEC. Disputes heard through FINRA are commonly between brokers, investors and investment firms to reach amicable settlements. This process ensures brokers and firms are acting in good faith and are sanctioned or barred for any wrongdoings found during any arbitration proceedings.
