As an Information Technology Manager, I have managed a custom development team of 10 direct reports to support business processes that connected and enhanced the ERP systems. With the vision of building a more connected environment from sales to shop floor automation, we built and executed multiple overlapping projects to achieve solid sustainable business processes through custom applications.
