As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Embark Trucks, I am responsible for finding top talent in the Software, Data, Product, and Safety departments. Embark is at the forefront of the self-driving truck industry, and we are building a world-class team of engineers and professionals to help us achieve our mission of bringing autonomous freight to the roads. In this role, I focus on core roles critical to the company\'s success, such as Head of Safety, as well as other high impact roles across the organization. I partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent. Additionally, I coach and mentor recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and junior recruiters to help them develop their skills and grow their careers.
