   Manages the organization’s $10+ million annual budget and assets. This includes overseeing systems and processes to enhance organizational performance, internal communications/coordination, and efficiency. As part of the Senior Leadership team, I develop and implement annual planning, budgeting and operational processes aligned to the strategic plan and ensure strong organization-wide understanding and engagement. I manage a 4-person team who, in turn, is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and financial reporting and forecasting, providing financial and non-program data analysis, contract management, managing legal and compliance matters, managing our facilities, managing internal communications and supporting enterprise-wide administrative processes. I exude a team culture that values business partnership and internal service and is a critical role in producing information to be shared with the Board of Directors
