Working in a residential building with 8-storey, 32-unit using in-cast situ concrete element with column and beam. Oversee construction of deep foundations involving 16 CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piles due to soft ground conditions, implementing wall partitions and foundation reinforcement strategies. Responsible for setting out, preparing as-built drawings, coordinating utility installations, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations (CDM) on a highly congested urban site.• Verifying adherence to drawings, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Standards for Highways (SCEW), and site safety protocols (CDM). • Prepare Work Package Plans (WPPs), Task Briefing Sheets (TBSs), and permits (e.g, Hot Work, Permit to Break Ground), ensuring safe and compliant operations. • Perform comprehensive CAT & Genny surveys to accurately locate and map underground utilities, enhancing safety protocols and optimising planning efficiency for the excavation phase. • Lead all surveying and setting out activities for drainage, and earthworks using Leica TS09. • Manage material take-offs and ordering, optimizing resources for seamless construction progress, and keeping recording of all materials and plants on site. • Prepare detailed daily reports and construction diaries, including 2D and 3D as-built sketches, to ensure comprehensive documentation and clear communication with the team. • Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when issues arise, recording evidence, proposing actions, and discussing with the design team to resolve efficiently.• Contribute to daily site management, conducted COSHH assessments for materials, equipment, and upheld a record of near-zero incident rate, showcasing robust health and safety management abilities and CDM.• Collaborated with the Sub Agent to produce 3-week look-ahead plans, enhancing project planning and coordination.
