Dr. Abdel All is a Traffic Engineering professional with over a decade of experience in the field of Traffic Engineering and Construction Management. He currently serves as the Principal of iES LLC, a South Florida based transportation engineering consultancy. His experience is balanced between interrupted and uninterrupted flow facilities as well as the application of TSMO strategies for the sustainability of existing infrastructure. Key areas of expertise include: signal timing, signal operations, data analysis, implementation of ATSC, Traffic Impact studies, Freeway Operations, Ramp signalling and CAV project implementation.
