As a Psychology major at San Francisco State University, I am deeply committed to mental health advocacy and passionate about advocating for the well-being of communities and individuals. Through my role as a Mental Health Education Student Assistant and Public Health Ambassador, I have been able to develop strong communication, education, and community outreach skills all while better understanding mental health issues and their impacts on diverse populations.Apart from school, I am also a caregiver, where I apply my skills to help others in everyday and real-life scenarios. These experiences have enhanced my empathy and refined my ability to work with individuals facing unique challenges. I\'m driven to give back to my community and support individuals on their mental health journey. My long-term goal is to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), where I can empower and support others, particularly individuals from underserved communities to achieve optimal mental and emotional well-being.I’m always open to connecting with others who share a passion for mental health and community well-being.
