As an Advanced Cloud Engineer, I partner with large enterprise customers to plan and implement new services and ensure they receive the most out of M365 services. I help improve internal efficiency and customer happiness by finding opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools. I work closely with other engineering teams related to assigned service areas (ie, Messaging, Collaboration, Device Management, Admin), to leverage in case of escalations, as well as to drive product improvements. I am a Subject Matter Expert in SharePoint Online, OneDrive and other M365 Technologies. I am also an advocate for the customer providing a connection into M365 service teams, to identify recurring issues and feature requests and to help drive product improvements.
