It is my purpose and mission to help oil and gas business leaders to tackle field-development challenges through both innovating workflows/models and embracing the new technologies focusing on implementation of safe and cost-efficient recovery processes, data acquisition & interpretation, and enhancement of oil recovery considering greenhouse gas emission reduction.As a full stack hands-on reservoir engineer with 17+ years of experience in the area of reservoir simulation, gas/chemical EOR process execution, carbon capture storage (CCS) project development, and conventional & unconventional field development, I ‘ve helped business units and organizations to maximize the profit, accelerate the rate of return, and reduce the cost of supply. I have achieved these through the profound knowledge of recovery process, the power of collaborative teamwork, the furtherance of out-of-the-box problem solving, and the constructive communication with vendors & stakeholders. Directing an EOR program for Unconventional assets in ConocoPhillips. Advisor to Permian & EF BUs on new development plans. Technical lead on lab, modeling, and execution of 2028 CEOR project for Penglai. Project Integration manager for re-development/infill modeling of Bohai Bay reservoir. Directed the study of CO2-EOR as a CCS technology option for ConocoPhillips assets worldwide. Responsible to model a bleeding-edge technology of Electro-Magnetic heating pilot for heavy oil production in Surmont. Technical steering committee member of a pilot design for additive-SAGD process to reduce GHG emissions for heavy oil process for Canada oil sands. Championed a business opportunity by working with Permian BU on implementation of a novel CO2-foam injection project expansion. Accountable to evaluate Low Salinity water flooding by conducting experimental research in collaboration with academia using core flooding experiments and numerical simulations.
