I enjoy designing scalable systems and enablement roadmaps while staying close to the work itself — building curriculum, hands-on demo environments, live training experiences, and go-to-market communications.At Webflow, I contribute to Webflow University and the broader learning ecosystem that supports our customer community. My work includes defining and developing learning paths, supporting Certification programs, and helping establish operational systems that make it easier to scale high-quality learning content.Earlier in my career I led instructional design teams and large-scale learning initiatives at companies including Zoom and Dish Network.Across all of my work, the throughline is simple: building programs and experiences that help people learn faster, develop job-ready skills, and do their best work.
