As a Project Manager in Supplier Quality Management, I play a pivotal role in ensuring that vendor risks are effectively assessed, mitigated, and continuously managed across the supply chain. I maintain strong, ongoing communication with suppliers to track key performance metrics, address quality issues, and drive continuous improvement.A core aspect of my role involves collaborating closely with vendors to develop and refine quality agreements, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and regulatory standards. In addition, I work cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, and Business teams to ensure that contracts, agreements, and supplier performance align with company goals and compliance requirements.I am also responsible for audit readiness, ensuring that all processes, documentation, and compliance standards are up to date and ready for internal or external audits. By proactively identifying potential risks and working across departments to address them, I help ensure a high level of operational excellence and risk management throughout the supply chain.By building strong, transparent relationships with both vendors and internal stakeholders, I drive sustainable value, mitigate risks, and ensure the highest levels of quality and performance for my organization.
