I lead the Paris Product Design team at Front, working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering to build thoughtful, impactful experiences.With eight years at IDEO, I honed my expertise in design thinking, learning to build not only deep empathy for users but also for the people I work with. This human-centered approach shapes how I lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive product strategy.At Front, I work closely with our Engineering and Product directors to ensure teams are aligned and operating smoothly, balancing fast execution with strong design quality.
