Responsibilities• Deliver value with ongoing project portfolio of work for Regulatory Transaction Services, a subsidiary of Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) – digital transformation to consolidate licencing and registration schemes into single myCAV public portal.(Dynamics / GEM) • Product Manager for Regulatory Transaction Services – manage product roadmap and planning of new service offerings – Continuous Improvement and Legislative Change for 16 legislative schemes. Manage BAU for Product BCP planning, capacity planning and availability planning. • Plan, develop and manage project design, procurement, requirements, testing, scheduling, resourcing, implementation, billing and reporting for multiple concurrent projects for myCAV licencing and registration portal. • Manage and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, including to the Director for delivery to project plan, including complex integrations and 3rd party solutions, managing key dependencies across multiple work steams. • Member of Regulatory Transaction Services Leadership Team for strategic business planning and delivery. Achievements• Successfully delivered regulatory schemes (Incorporated Associations and Co-Operatives) legacy systems and data into consolidated myCAV public facing portal project (.net and Dynamics365) – approx. 50k registrants. May 2025, including 3 million documents.($3m project)• Delivered Professional Engineers Continued Professional Development (CPD) project to streamline process for CPD in the myCAV portal. Value in seeing thousands of Engineers use the new log to track their progress. • Strategic product planning delivery timelines and requirements for the business up to mid-2027.(including funding requirements and legislative changes).•
