As a founder and CEO, I build and scale social enterprises that deliver strong financial returns while creating lasting economic opportunity in underserved communities. My work focuses on designing innovative development finance solutions that unlock capital, catalyze growth, and promote financial inclusion in markets overlooked by traditional lenders. I co-founded and currently lead Jobomax Global, an impact-focused venture that addresses the housing deficit in West Africa. We pioneered novel, asset-backed financing structures to provide over $6M in loans where traditional mortgage markets do not exist, creating a new asset class for impact investors and dramatically accelerating economic development. We have proven a model of exceptional capital efficiency, generating over $12M in revenue and facilitating over $6M in home financing in a notoriously challenging market, on less than $3M in equity capital. By pioneering innovative, asset-backed financing structures in regions without functioning mortgage markets, we have unlocked a new asset class for investors and dramatically reduced home construction time from 10-20 years to 7 months or less.I lead a globally distributed team dedicated to positive change in challenging environments.
