My mission is to create technologies that matter, make professionals’ lives easier and less stressful, and meet the ever-evolving needs of organizations everywhere. I’m not only a solution architect with expertise in the latest transformation technologies, I’m also an innovator who’s always looking to the horizon to discover new tech and maintain my edge. Over the past two decades, I have learned from some of the brightest engineering minds at industry giants like Oracle, IBM, Red Hat, and Raytheon and become a thought leader in my own right.As a technologist in a family of artists, I appreciate the incalculable value of creativity. After beginning my professional journey as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army, I pursued a career in technology. Over time, I intentionally cultivated a skillset that is balanced between creative thinking, Lean problem-solving, and tactical solution delivery. I don’t believe in “one size fits all” solutions, and I don’t let fear of failure stand in my way.Key Strengths: THOUGHTFUL CONSULTING: Behind every technology stack is a group of people who rely on those platforms to complete their work. I’ve succeeded in reshaping how Red Hat and IBM deliver their services, developing creative ways to reach business objectives, automating difficult manual processes, and investing in more effective people strategies. SERVANT LEADERSHIP: I believe that great leaders empower others. I’m deeply passionate about inspiring the people around me—both the teams who report to me and the clients I serve—through knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and role-modeling best practices. This includes devoting my time to mentoring and teaching others what I know.
