   Turned around product development and IT for Merge’s eClinical Division (acquired by IBM then Merative). Each year drove revenue growth of flagship product by over 25% with product enhancements and quality improvements.Cut the rate of production defects to 1/3 in first three months, resolved numerous application scaling and performance issues and reduced customer complaints while adding product functionality and scaling performance.Instituted a lean, fully GxP compliant, development process with monthly validated releases.
