   Responsible for development and implementation of the corporate safety program for Culver Development. Also responsible for carrying out the tactical Safety and Health direction of Culver Development and providing professional safety and health support to our employees, owner and project teams. This position facilitates adherence to safety policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with the local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations in order to ensure a safe, healthy, and incident-free work place. I maintain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel including those working for Major Corporations, Contractors, Construction Managers, Unions, as well as elements of the local regional labor force and vendors, all while supporting the owner and fellow management as well as interfacing with regulatory agencies as necessary.\\\\n\\\\nCore Responsibilities:\\\\n• Serve as point of contact on all safety and health issues\\\\n• Provide field support on projects to assure operations are planned and conducted in a safe manner\\\\n• Coordinate & mentor project safety & health health walk through assessments Review any assessment findings with appropriate parties. Follow up by documenting items which require immediate correction\\\\n• Conduct regular training on safety & health subjects\\\\n• Review and complete, as necessary, Near miss, Incident & Accident investigation reports and recommend countermeasures as deemed appropriate.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
