I practiced law in Houston for ten years, before becoming a permanent placement legal recruiter in 1998. My area of specialization is associates, lateral partners and practice group moves, as well as in-house counsel searches. I have placed numerous lawyers in General Counsel and Senior Counsel roles, and have opened offices for tier-one Am Law firms. After 15+ years in the legal recruiting industry, I have developed deep relationships with both clients and candidates. What I value most about this rewarding career is the profound sense that I can actually make a difference in people\'s lives.
