I am on a mission to close the gender parity gap in tech by empowering 1 million women to reach their full potential.I have over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, where I led global engineering teams and drove innovation. I have a proven track record of success in high-performing team development, software engineering, cloud technology, and enterprise application development. In my previous role as Head of Engineering Engagement, I led the tech modernization and transformation journey, which resulted in multiple awards for the company. I have always been passionate about creating a culture where everyone is respected and thrives. Global companies and executives hire me to elevate their leadership impact, foster collaborative team culture, and drive extraordinary business growth. As an award-winning technology executive, an ICF-PCC certified coach, and a professional speaker from the National Speakers Association, I have the expertise in multiple worlds to develop great leaders through coaching and speaking. The systems are not built for women, but they can be evolved to be more supportive, fair, and inclusive and recognize and value the strengths and leadership styles of women and non-binary people. I have entered many rooms as the ONE and ONLY and owned a seat at the table. I know you can too! The only limits are the ones we put on ourselves, including the belief that the status quo cannot be changed.
