Final‑year Trainee Health Psychologist (QHP Stage 2) working within a Community Mental Health Team, with viva submission projected for September 2026. I deliver psychological assessments, formulations and evidence‑based interventions drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT stage‑1 skills, trauma stabilisation and motivational interviewing.My work focuses on improving therapeutic engagement, supporting behaviour change, and promoting equitable, psychologically informed care.
