About Hope Murphy
I am a second-year graduate student at the University of San Diego\'s School of Education and Leadership Sciences. I am accruing clinical hours as a Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee (PCCT) at the Center for Community Solutions (CCS), a nonprofit organization that supports survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault. As a PCCT, I provide short-term trauma-informed counseling to clients. Upon graduating in May 2025 with a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I will begin working towards licensure as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).
