ABOUT HOPE S.

Hello! My name is Hope Sabater, a fourth-year Business Administration student at Cal State University, Long Beach with a concentration in Marketing, minoring in Public Relations. I’m extremely passionate about live entertainment such as concerts, comedy shows, and festivals. This passion motivates me to create engaging experiences for others while building the sense of community I experience when attending live events. I currently serve as Director of Events for the American Marketing Association-CSULB chapter, where I plan, promote, and execute events that boost member engagement and create unforgettable experiences. I’m also a Student Professional Worker at the Port of Los Angeles, working in Financial Controls for the Engineering Division. I was accepted into the Corporate Mentoring Program through the Student Center for Professional Development, where I’m paired with Gary Young, former Director of Business Management at Northrop Grumman, for career guidance and professional growth this academic year. I’m seeking Summer 2026 internships to gain hands-on experience in industries including entertainment/talent management, public relations, advertising, automotive, sports, cosmetics, and more.
