About Hope E. White

Hello, I’m Hope White — a Senior Psychology major at Spelman College with a passion for working directly with children and teens to support their mental health, personal growth, and overall well-being.I’m driven by a commitment to making sure young people — especially Black youth — feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether through mentorship, counseling, or leadership development, I’m interested in applied work that helps young people thrive. I plan to pursue both a master’s and PhD in psychology to deepen my impact and become a licensed Child & Adolescent Psychologist.I bring intention and leadership into everything I do — from serving as a Resident Assistant and Chapel Assistant, to leading community service and special events as part of the National Society of Leadership and Success. I also stay involved through volunteering with youth programs and food justice organizations that reflect my values of service and community.I’m always open to connecting with people who care about youth development, mental health, or education.
