About Hopeanchor Crew

At HopeAnchor & Crew, we were founded around the dining room table of Lindsay Schloss with the belief that HOPE anchors our souls and our communities. Since 2019, HopeAnchor & Crew has organically grown into a global nonprofit organization serving the Central Indiana community and beyond. Our philanthropic jewelry, created by the hands we serve in our Community & Residential Fellowships, is the product that has thus far fully funded our growth and philanthropic service. In the fall of 2021, our beautiful philanthropic jewelry studio, the first of its kind, opened its doors and has grown into a community center and retail space that educates our community about philanthropy, personal development, and intentional healthy living through volunteerism, programming, and private & corporate events. In 2023, we launched our Corporate and Leadership Development Programs. Over 40 local and global nonprofit organizations have partnered with us and receive 10% of our sales. We are better together. It is our mission to grow our philanthropic impact and expand the number of women we serve through our Fellowships. We are actively seeking private and corporate investment in our mission and hope you will join us.
