Full cycle corporate sourcing, recruitment and selection for a four-thousand employee Health System. Development and implementation of health system talent acquisition/retention strategies. Coordinates the employment process for new employees; assists existing employees with transfers, promotions and status changes. Ensure a unique, memorable, and positive Experience is created for all those with whom I have the privilege to connect. •Partner with managers to develop strategies to fill positions by providing alternative, creative talent solutions. Train new employees and managers in employment laws, Recruitment, Interviewing and Retention, and use of Applicant Tracking System.•Spearhead creation of Careers page of website. Collaborate with ad agency and Marketing to re-design recruitment branding.•Representative at job fairs and conferences to promote Health System as employer.•Invite applicants to interview and audition for a role in the Health System. Share our story, heritage and vision with candidates. Review essential functions and details of open positions; present Benefits package.•Knowledgeable regarding compensation practices for all levels of employee.•Outline Holy Redeemer Recruiter Handbook.•Complete reference, licensure, education and criminal checks. With significant attention to detail, prepare H.R. documents for new hire packets.•Post-offer process completed through creation of a Warm Welcome to the new hire.•Conduct new hire orientation presentation on Diversity Awareness and Employee Resources.•Coordinate temporary and outside placement agency services for assigned positions.•Establish relationships with community, specifically with a local high school to plan and host a quarterly visit for shadowing students at the hospital.•Prepare monthly statistical report on interviews, hires, and examples of recruitment efforts.•Maintain membership in professional Healthcare Recruiting organization; organize local meeting to be held onsite.
