   Led the end-to-end processing of 150+ applications under the Provincial Secondary Land Use Program (PSLUP), aligning cross-functional input from cultural heritage, environmental, planning, and Duty to Consult specialists. Additionally, proactively identified and resolved issues through strategic dialogue and problem-solving, ensuring timely approvals and operational efficiency- Developed a Climate Resilience Assessment tool that synthesized diverse datasets into a cohesive framework, correlating adaptation measures to LEED credits, and strategically communicated the tool to internal and external stakeholders- Consolidated GHG emissions data from 5 Ontario Ministries into one public-facing format, enabling clear communication of government-owned building performance- Onboarded two new employees through targeted practice sessions and knowledge sharing, accelerating their PSLUP understanding within four weeks- Streamlined operations for the Environmental team through the design of a cost savings field map and synthesizing data to identify low-impact development opportunities for EGS initiatives.
