As a member of the Park Greeter family within the Attractions team, I had the opportunity to actively contribute to the guest experience through spontaneous, heartfelt conversations, storytelling, and personalized moments that supported Disney’s mission of creating lifelong memories.* Assists thousands of guests daily with park entry by resolving ticketing and biometric scan issues using Disney’s proprietary systems and mobile applications.* Identifies and resolves access issues such as expired tickets, unlinked MagicBands, blockout dates, and biometric mismatches, minimizing guest delays and ensuring smooth entry experiences.* Delivers exceptional guest service under high-pressure situations, particularly during peak times when resolving technical issues or redirecting to Guest Relations.* Fosters a positive and welcoming atmosphere by staying composed and empathetic when faced with frustrated or confused guests, maintaining Disney’s world-class service standards.* Serves as an on-the-ground information resource for guests, providing answers to common questions about park amenities, entertainment, and navigation (e.g. transportation, parade times, restrooms).
